PURCHASES

This store accepts Paypal payments with PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Payments with Visa or Mastercard, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

SHIPPING

Orders ship out in 2-4 business days from point of ordering and are mailed from Fernie, BC.

Canadian Shipping 

Orders up to two items have the choice of shipping via Lettermail for a flat rate of $7, or Expedited tracked shipping for $18.

With Lettermail shipping, there is no insurance, tracking or coverage.

Most orders with more than two pairs of clothing items will be shipped via Expedited post due to size restrictions. When multiple orders are combined, if lettermail shipping was chosen, this will always be the default shipping method if the items are able to fit.

Once lettermail packages are dropped off at the post office, olive me handmade assumes no responsibility if they become lost, damaged or delayed. Lettermail can take 2-3 weeks on average to arrive.

For orders sent via expedited post, tracking and $100 insurance coverage is included.

U.S.A. and International Shipping

Sept 2025: please note, shipping to the US is currently on pause due to the tariff policy, we hope to reopen to our wonderful friends down south sooner than later

Orders to the United States are shipped via Tracked Packet for a flat rate of $16 with $100 insurance/liability coverage.  Please note, prices on the website are shown in the currency of your country via the automatic currency conversion rates.

We now offer shipping to the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are subject to change but initially will be $25 to the UK and $35 to AUS and NZ and all packages will be shipped Small Packet Tracked Air. 

Important note: 
Customs, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, international orders should assume there will be charges due on delivery.

 Once packages are dropped off at the post office, olive me handmade assumes no responsibility if they become lost, damaged or delayed

Olive me handmade reserves the right to cancel a sale if necessary.

RETURNS

Items purchased from olive me handmade are final sale.There are no refunds or exchanges. For this reason, please be sure to order correct sizes.

If a purchased item is received in a faulty or defective condition, please contact hello@olivemehandmade.com and I will work to resolve right away. Defects must be addressed within 14 days of receipt, any issues arising after 14 days are deemed wear and tear and are not refundable.  

 

HANDMADES

All items at olive me are made by myself. As is the nature of handmade, there can be slight variations between the same products and pattern placement can vary from what is seen in photos.
